Short-Form Video Content Creator & Assistant Producer
Part Time (potentially growing to full time)
Position Overview:
I am looking for someone to assist in producing short-form video content for my personal platforms as well as content creation for my restaurant & bar. I am looking for someone to truly collaborate with to help me create really engaging and fun content to grow my different platforms. You will work closely one on one with me in a semi remote role, helping to craft strategy & marketing for both my personal platform and for my restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Collaborate with me to conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content across various platforms, including social media and websites.
- Assist in Production: Support the production process by coordinating shoots, handling equipment, assisting with lighting and audio setups, and ensuring all production logistics run smoothly.
- Editing and Post-Production: Edit and fine-tune video content to deliver polished, high-quality videos that align with our creative vision following my guides and needs.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in short-form video content creation to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
- Audience Engagement: Collaborate with me to strategize and implement audience engagement techniques to boost video views, likes, shares, and comments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with me to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in short-form video content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and editing skills.
- Experience in video editing software such as CapCut, Inshot, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Being Local to Eastern Ma is preferred.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of video production equipment and techniques is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required
